its been awhile

I know

Life has caught me up

took me places

I didn't know

funny how one can get lost

in a place so far

writing creating seemed so

poor 

to want to present to you

after all you all deserve

so much more

reflection and pausing

its what I do best

but not for nearly 2 years

I hear you say

in a roundabout way

full circle Ive come

and here I am

to show to you

the path Ive taken

and where Ive ended up

so take a seat

and follow me so

some journey this will be
